Since Belkin claims that the FRU409 USB Serial Adapter does not exist, and because the do not publish the Windows XP drivers for this device save for some 4 year old version buried somewhere on their site and literally not accessible by any search means, and because all the crappy driver sites that claim to host these drivers want to get paid or want to spam yuo to death or want to provide you with some type of malware or another...

I'm hosting this file that is included on the CD packaged with this device for free, for anyone that needs it. I will try to get my page better ranked for the search term "Belkin F5U409" so others who need it can more readily find it.
